Our first natural history postcard collection is from the engraver John Chapman, and features a selection of six illustrations created for the conchology section of the Encyclopaedia londinensis, published in 1810.
The reverse of the card is ruled for ease of writing.
Printed on 350gsm invercote card using high quality inks to retain the colours of the original images.
