Eric Ravilious ‘Cucumber House’, watercolour, 1935.
This watercolour, along with the two other cards available in the Ravilious Greenhouse Collection, was painted in the glass houses around West Firle in Sussex, a short walk from ‘Furlongs’, the cottage where Ravilious often stayed with Peggy Angus, and occasionally Tirzah Garwood, his wife.
Blank inside, so suitable for birthdays, anniversaries, and all occasions.
