‘Geraniums and Carnations’, Eric Ravilious, watercolour, 1938.
This striking watercolour was painted in the glass houses around West Firle in Sussex, a short walk from ‘Furlongs’, the cottage where Ravilious often stayed with Peggy Angus, and occasionally Tirzah Garwood, his wife.
A4 print suitable for framing. Image runs to, and bleeds over the card edge (in other words, there is no border).
Printed on 350gsm Invercote card stock using high quality inks to retain the colours of the original image. The dimensions are 210 x 297 mm, or 8.3 x 11.7 inches.
