Jo March was born and brought up in her parents’ cottage and on a family farm in the small moorland village of Darite in Southeast Cornwall. An abiding fascination with the eccentricities which exist just below the surface of rural life transforms her landscapes of the Southwest of England into a unique vision of the countryside. Idiosyncratic but eminently accessible, Jo is one of the most intriguing landscape artists working today.
